Care · 30-day synthetic evaluation brief
Evaluate the whole commitment.
A structured pilot for teams considering how patient nutrition, food service, staff capacity and home support can work together.
What is available in the working prototype
01 / Patient careClinical context stays attached.
Population priorities, individualized fictional goals, signed-order assumptions, NPO and current-source review.
02 / FoodThe menu has operational consequences.
Recipes, nutrient allocations, ingredient yields, purchasing, supplier timing and accepted stock.
03 / PeopleCapacity includes receiving responsibility.
Named staffing, competing duties, planned and observed breaks, qualified relief and next-shift handoffs.
04 / DeliveryCompletion needs its own evidence.
Preparation, release, delivery, eating assistance, observed intake, service closeout and care review.
05 / HomeFollow-up remains a care obligation.
Discharge planning, accepted home support, usable food, missed services and recorded contact outcomes.
06 / ControlCustomer access stays under owner control.
Assigned roles, attributed actions, shareable activation links, 30-day access, renewal and revocation.
A proposed evaluation sequence
- Agree scope and an operating question. Choose fictional scenarios, participating roles, support arrangements and the evidence needed for a useful decision.
- Rehearse the ordinary shift. Review the patient priorities, food plan, resource assumptions and receiving responsibilities.
- Introduce disruption. Test staff absence, interrupted relief, equipment holds, late supply and missed home support. Inspect the original deadlines.
- Observe recovery and handoff. Confirm actual return, accepted stock, outstanding patient care and the next receiving owner.
- Review the evidence together. Record problems, task completion, unknown facts and next changes. Decide whether to extend, stop or agree a further evaluation.
These are proposed pilot activities, not an automatic service commitment or an assertion that the product has passed clinical validation.
Included access
An owner-issued, preapproved activation link can be shared by email, SMS or LinkedIn. The customer sets up their account and confirms their email to begin 30 days. The owner can extend or revoke access.
Boundaries to agree before starting
- Fictional data only; no real patient or employee information.
- Manual scenario entry and synthetic sources. Live EHR, prescribing, production hospital and home-provider integrations are not established by this prototype.
- No replacement for clinical judgment, local food-service procedures or workforce agreements.
- No claimed clinical, wellbeing, safety or financial return from prototype test counts.
- Price, services, support and any future data scope require an explicit agreement; no pricing or clinical authorization is implied by this brief.
Go / no-go review
Review whether each team can find the next task, use its assigned permissions, distinguish a forecast from actual care, preserve missed obligations and recover from failure. Unresolved clinical, access or service failures must remain visible in the decision to continue.
