Customer access
Open your Care workspace.
Use your existing Care account. The public website and tour are available without signing in.
- Sign in with your Care email and password. Use the Care password already saved in your password manager.
- Enter the emailed sign-in code on the Care verification page. Use the full code in the newest message and keep the sign-in page open.
- Open your assigned workspace. Your account page also links to your workspace and shows your access status.
No QR scan or phone-authenticator enrollment is required for the current password-and-email-code route.
New pilot customer?
Open the exact activation link the owner sent. A preapproved link starts your 30-day pilot after you set up the account and confirm your email. You do not need a second owner approval.

View the product tour or request a pilot. Creating an account by itself does not assign a workspace.

Recover your Care password · Resend an account-confirmation email. Keep passwords and codes private.
