Follow the plan through a ward shift.

Explore the questions Care connects across clinical review, food service, staff support and discharge. This is a read-only tour using fictional examples. The working pilot is a separate, signed-in workspace.

01 / Patient care

Start with the individual patient.

A nutrition screen, a current order, a suitable meal and an observed intake are different parts of care. Care keeps their status and responsible team visible.

  • A positive screen still needs assessment.
  • NPO keeps food on hold until the appropriate clinical review.
  • Allergy and texture checks remain separate from kitchen capacity.

02 / Food and operations

A menu is a commitment of food, time and skills.

Ingredient yields

Compare as-purchased food with usable yield, portions and the recipe specification.

Purchasing

Carry supplier lead times, actual arrival, inspection and accepted stock into the plan.

Named capacity

Reserve the people and equipment needed for preparation, delivery and eating support.

Delays and holds

Show the original deadline and remaining care. Forecast completion never records actual work.

03 / Workload, breaks and relief

Make the receiving handoff explicit.

Record competing duties and known workload. Request support, name qualified cover, confirm acceptance and observe actual return. Unconfirmed or interrupted support stays visible.

Actual Care interface from synthetic browser QA. Fictional training staff; no patient or employee records. This screen records a thirty-minute test example, not a recommended break duration.

No fatigue, burnout, worker-fitness or psychological score is generated. These are original operational records.

04 / Discharge and follow-up

The loop continues after the ward.

Separate a referral from provider acceptance, a scheduled service from actual delivery, and delivered food from food the person can use.

A missed delivery or unsuccessful contact retains its original due date and receiving owner. A later recovery does not erase the earlier failure.
